▶️ Campus entry is restricted to listed participants only. Graduates and their guests will be able to enter upon presentation of their paper or digital registration confirmation. You will be asked to show proof of identity. Guests and graduates may arrive seperately.
▶️ Graduates must arrive at the reception desk at 4:00 pm in order to collect their graduation robes.
▶️ Please note that your diploma will be given to you only upon presentation of a valid ID (National Identity Card, passport, driving license, residence permit, resident card). However, you can have your diploma collected by someone close to you by completing a proxy application form.
